By using this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us electronically, you agree to receive Disclosures from us electronically, in lieu of receiving them in paper form, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
Your Consent to Electronic Delivery
By providing your email address or mobile phone number to us, or by clicking "submit" or a similarly labeled button on any of our forms, you consent to receive Disclosures related to your inquiry electronically, including by email or text message, rather than in paper form.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic Disclosures, you will need: a device with internet access; a current web browser that supports 128-bit encryption; a valid email address and/or mobile phone capable of receiving text messages; and sufficient storage space or a printer to save or print Disclosures for your records. You are responsible for keeping your contact information with us current so that we can deliver electronic Disclosures to you.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Disclosures at any time by contacting us using the information below. If you withdraw consent, we will provide future Disclosures in paper form, and this may affect the timing of our ability to complete certain requests. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of any Disclosures we provided electronically before we processed your withdrawal.
Requesting a Paper Copy
You may request a paper copy of any Disclosure we provided to you electronically by contacting us using the information below. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing a paper copy, where permitted by law.
